FLEET COORDINATOR
Job description:
This job requires attention to detail and excellent organization skills, as the coordinator will schedule maintenance, manage inventory. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and managing budgets. The Fleet Coordinator must be able to work well under pressure and have strong communication skills.
Excel Proficiency – Required
- Arranging vehicle repairs and scheduling regular maintenance.
- Track vehicle downtime
- Reporting to the fleet manager and preparing monthly reports about vehicle maintenance.
- Review billing and invoices for accuracy and proper billing
Pay:
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: 50,000K - 60,000k
