Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated part-time Middle School Math and Science Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both math and science education, a commitment to Christian values, and a desire to inspire and empower young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans in middle school math and science subjects.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued and encouraged to explore and learn.
• Utilize inquiry-based teaching methods to promote critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students and ensure academic success for all learners.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary learning experiences that integrate faith and academics.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Teaching certification and/or relevant teaching experience in middle school math and science.
• Strong understanding of inquiry-based teaching pedagogy and its application in the classroom.
• Alignment with the mission and values of All Nations Community School.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and families.
