All-Phase Electric is an electrical distributor looking for an inside sales person to join our team. We are looking for somebody who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales environment. We are a small team who work together to provide outstanding service to our customer base.

This is primarily an office position where you will be working with customers who call in and request information via email, but there will be occasions where face-to-face interaction is required. You will be responsible for day to day business transactions and quotations that various customers require via in-person, over the phone, or email. There may also be times where you will need to help in the warehouse with stocking, staging, shipping etc. This is a great position that offers job security, responsibility, health benefits, a matching 401k and opportunity for advancement within the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Industry Experience Preferred
• Ability to interact with customers proficiently via face-to-face, phone, and email
• Familiar with desktop applications such as Excel, Word, E-mail, and internet
• Ability to organize, prioritize and effectively multi-task daily
• Ability to work successfully with a team

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Helping customers via phone & email
• Putting quotations together for customers via phone & email
• Handle counter inquiries including customers on account/COD/Credit card and Cash Sales
• Quoting customers on products, jobs, and services
• Communicating with our vendors to acquire accurate pricing
