About the Position:
The Manager, Plus by APN will be responsible for managing the Plus by APN modalities (Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation-Deep TMS, ketamine-assisted therapy, neurofeedback, stellate ganglion block treatment- SGB and hyperbaric oxygen therapy-HBOT. They will be responsible for the hiring, trainingg, and ongoing supervision of the Plus by APN Team.
To ensure success they should possess experience in healthcare administration, preferably mental health, knowledge of insurance prior authorizations, and detailed knowledge of Plus treatment modalities. They should also exhibit a patient- focused approach, excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, detail oriented, and effective communication skills.

Education & Experience:
  • A bachelor's or associate degree in healthcare administration, or similar.
  • Must also possess a nursing license in the state of Colorado or be eligible to obtain a Colorado nursing license.
  • Successful completion of TMS certification based on initial training provided.
  • Experience working with patients suffering from anxiety, depression, and addiction preferred.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in electronic health recordkeeping software.
  • Willingness to learn how to administer TMS/Ketamine treatments and assume high-level responsibility.
  • Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with mental healthcare professionals.
  • Advanced ability to ensure patient safety and comfort, as well as answering questions.
  • Proficiency in taking session notes and assisting patients to complete psychiatric rating scales.
  • Exceptional communication, as well as interpersonal skills to guide and reassure patients.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Prior management/supervisory experience in the medical field, preferably mental health
Special Skills & Knowledge: Candidates should have the following skills and attributes: must be able to work and communicate well with people; be adaptable and accept changes quickly and easily; be willing to address conflict appropriately. Advanced computer skills are required with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based products knowledge.

Position Duties and Responsibilities – Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Schedule clients for evaluations with the healthcare provider to rule out any contraindications before treatment.
  • Conduct initial meetings with clients to discuss treatment duration, expectations, and cost of treatments.
  • Scheduling treatment appointments and verifying medical insurance authorizations if applicable.
  • Administer treatments according to protocols provided by mental healthcare professionals.
  • Explain procedures, their possible effects on patients, and answer questions.
  • Creating a supportive treatment environment and demonstrating compassion.
  • Assisting patients to complete psychiatric rating scales before and after sessions.
  • Obtain necessary financial forms and ensure consent is provided before treatment initiation.
  • Oversee vital signs monitoring during treatment sessions to ensure client safety and well-being.
  • Familiarize themselves with ketamine medication administration procedures and ensure compliance with protocols during treatment sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed treatment notes for each client session, documenting relevant information and observations.
  • Recognize and respond to emergencies promptly, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of ketamine/TMS treatment indications and contraindications, and effectively communicate with the treatment team regarding client status and progress.
  • Research, plan and implement new market strategies.
  • Research and identify prospective referral accounts
  • Pursue leads and move them through the revenue cycle
  • Maintain an average of 10-15 clients seen on business days
  • Hiring, training, and ongoing supervision of the Plus by APN team.

Salary range: $70,000-$85,000/year
