**Position Overview:**

We are currently seeking a skilled Tree Service Ground Crew team member with experience in tree service to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is committed to upholding our standards of efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role is crucial in ensuring the safe transportation of equipment and materials to job sites, as well as supporting our ground crew in various tasks related to tree service operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Safe Operation of Commercial Vehicles:**

- Safely operate commercial vehicles, including trucks and specialized equipment, to transport crew members, equipment, and materials to job sites.

- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company safety policies to ensure the safety of oneself and others on the road.

2. **Efficient Equipment Transport:**

- Ensure the proper loading, securing, and unloading of equipment and materials to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.

- Coordinate with the ground crew to efficiently transport equipment to and from job sites, optimizing route planning and scheduling for maximum efficiency.

3. **Assistance to Other Ground Crew:**

- Provide support to the ground crew as needed, including assisting with tree removal, pruning, and other tree care tasks.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure that all job site activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

4. **Customer Service Excellence:**

- Interact professionally with clients and members of the public while representing MJ Tree Service, Inc. in a positive manner.

**Qualifications:**

- Valid DL with a clean driving record and experience operating commercial vehicles.

- Prior experience in the tree service industry is highly preferred.

- Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize safety in all aspects of the job.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with crew members and interact positively with clients.
