A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A SALES AND SECURITY SUPERVISOR

As a Sales and Security Supervisor, you are responsible for each employee you have, maintaining good client relationships, and acquiring new clients interested in security services. You will be interacting with employees and clients. You are confident in your scheduling abilities and able to train or discipline employees when needed. You also have the knowledge, resources, and skills to attract more clients and exceed their expectations. You may need to be available during the day and night time to schedule and/or cover shifts if needed, visit clients, and maintain employees' expectations.

You will report directly to the Manager of Business Development and President of the company, with considerable opportunity for career growth and advancement as you are able to grow business within the region.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SALES AND SECURITY SUPERVISOR

• (2-3 years minimum) Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the security services industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours and handle urgent calls
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing a business
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
