What You’ll Do:
Provide comprehensive patient care and clinical intake while delivering excellent customer service.
Prepare and administer medications, ensuring accurate documentation.
Communicate abnormal lab, imaging, and specialty findings to physicians, ensuring accurate EMR documentation.
Provide patient follow-up and education, ensuring participation in their care, and adjust communication to meet individual patient needs.
Assist medical providers in all back-office patient care activities.
What’s In It for You?
Direct Hire Role Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for full-time staff (must have 1 years of experience to be eligible; exclusions may apply).
Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (No weekends).
Obtain Certification within 90 days of hire (CCMA, CMA, RMA, or NCMA): Employer-paid
Compensation:
Experienced candidates (10 years) may earn up to $20/hr.
Starting Pay Rate: $15.00/hr for uncertified Medical Assistants until certification is obtained.
Sign-On Bonus payout: After 3 months and 9 months of employment.
