The Associate Director of Youth Evangelization serves the St. Paul the Apostle, Family of Parishes (All Saints and St. Vincent Ferrer) by managing our youth catechetical programs and sacramental preparation for First Reconciliation, First Communion and Confirmation. Must be a Catholic in good standing. Bachelor’s Degree in religious studies, sacramental theology, or pastoral ministry is required. Master’s Degree preferred. Experience in parish ministry, especially in the areas of youth catechesis or sacramental preparation is key. Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable networking and building relationships with volunteers and paid staff. Strong technology skills, experience with various social media and software platforms as well as curriculum development is key. Requires evening and weekend hours.
