About the Position... Our CSR is the warm, helpful person that holds us all together and keeps us on track. This person is vital to our company's success and is a key component for ensuring our client's happiness. We are looking for someone who is looking for long term employment with the opportunity to grow within our company. Our new team member should also love dogs as Jax & Dixie our mini schnauzers frequently come to work. In this position you will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, assisting clients both in person and over the phone with payments and policy related transactions, checking emails, creating company mailings, scheduling and conducting annual account reviews, administrative duties including updating our intranet and procedures and handling our walk in traffic etc. This position has a strong focus on service and account rounding through serving our clients. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch. Why You Want to work with All Saints

Job Requirements:
Previous P&C Insurance agency experience required
Must love dogs or you'll hurt Jax's feelings!
Must be able to type 35 words per minute
Must be available to work Monday - Friday in office during office hours
Ability to multi task in a high volume environment
Must be a team player willing to jump in and help where needed
Must love helping people!
Job Responsibilities
Helping existing customers with policy related questions and service requests
Retaining customers through annual account reviews
Answering phones
Selling policies to existing clients
Ensuring file compliance for agent staff
