All Seasons Home Health is looking for several PRN COTA's to provide the therapy per the POC of the OT's for our patients in their home setting. Candidates for this position will need to be well versed in the Kinnser/WellSky EMR system, understand the importance of documenting the progression towards goals in their notes. We are looking for several candidates to minimize the drive time associated with such a spread out schedule. We offer competitive wages and are more than happy to keep the exceptional therapists full. This position will also require occasional attendance at the case conference meetings.
