All Seasons Landscaping ("A.S.L.") is a privately owned landscape construction corporation, continuously operating out of the Hartford, Connecticut, area since 1975. POSITION DESCRIPTION

Qualified candidate should be capable of implementing both the organization and supervision required to manage projects and personnel from inception through completion. The successful candidate will assist and or, directly perform:

  • Managing and documenting equipment cost
    • Purchases, usage, fuel consumption and maintenance & repair cost
  • Vendor management
    • RFQ's, Negotiation, Selection
  • Awarded Project
    • Building, Coding, and entering into system.
  • Field generated purchases
    • Obtaining, Coding and Job costing
  • RFI's & Submittals & Certifications
  • Timecards, Cell Phone Timecard, Verification Entry
  • Billing Oversite and Entry
  • Inventory
  • Project Contact Management
  • Project Purchasing, Processing
  • Change Orders

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • " Must Have " Strong mathematic skills.
  • " Must " be proficient using Microsoft Excel
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Strong computer skills, comfortable with data entry / processing with "industry specific" software
  • Creative, pro-active problem-solving skills
  • Able to communicate and motivate field personnel.
  • Industry knowledge a plus

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

College degree or minimum 3 years' experience in a similar work environment

Compensation: $62,000
