We are Hiring! Immediate opening!

**Job Summary:**We are seeking an experienced Full Time Office Manager to oversee daily operations at our dealership. The ideal candidate needs to be organized, detail-oriented, have good communication skills, willingness to learn, and most importantly be a team player.

**Duties:**- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness- Paying bills on time- Daily Bank deposits- Coordinate payroll - Handle all phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed- Inventory Management- Oversee DMS to ensure accuracy in all transactions (Dealer Management System)- Prepping deals/contracts for the Sales department

**Qualifications:**- Experience in office management or related field- Proficiency in payroll systems and financial record-keeping- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities- Phone/email etiquette and communication skillsThis position offers an opportunity for growth as our business continues to grow. Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
