Commercial Roofing Foreman
The Commercial Roofing Foreman will supervise and coordinate of a group of skilled roofers and trades helpers engaged in roofing projects as well as roofing system maintenance and repair work. This position requires the knowledge and experience with various roofing systems as well as a thorough knowledge of safety protocols. This person will need to be a self starter with strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities include:
-Planning, organizing and directing the activities of the roof installation and crew.
-Projects completion according to specifications, blueprints, and building codes
- Daily inspection for quality control
- Crew Training
- Communication with on site coordinator, production manager, clients and others involved in the project
- Implement and enforce safety protocols
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports
- Address any onsite issues professionally in a timely manner
Requirements include:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial roofing with at least 3 years in a foreman or crew lead role
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate a crew
- Problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Valid Driver's license
Company will provide truck.
Salary : $35 - $45
