All Star Auto Parts is Hiring a Product and Facility Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift Near Huntington, IN
Maintenance Technician - 3rd shiftObjective: Looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. You will be assisting in new projects as well as assisting current maintenance staff with day-to-day repairs or needs. Overtime and weekends may be necessary. Eventually you may be asked to participate in and on-call rotation. Objectives include assisting in a team environment with implementation of new equipment and maintenance of existing equipment with detail to recommended “Preventive Maintenance” per equipment manufacture specifications. Also assisting in keeping accurate maintenance logs per equipment. Safety is our number 1 priority.

- Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
- Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
- Experience performing routine maintenance.
- Strong organizational and follow up skills.
- Eye for detail.
- Professional presentation and positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
- Strong time management skills.
- Follow company safety policies, procedures, and good housekeeping practices

- General Construction
- Plumbing
- Electrical, Industrial Electrical would-be a plus however for the right applicant future training will be available.
