Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Assistant Manager at All Star Elite located in Orlando, FL. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Manager in day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth operations. They will also handle customer inquiries, resolve customer issues, and assist with event planning and coordination.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in customer service
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- bilungual is a huge plus (not a deal breaker)

- Retail experience
- Managment experience at least 2 years
