Title:Front Desk Coordinator - FT -$17/hr (Main Admin Building)Location:Spokane - Serve as building receptionist, providing information and referral assistance to the general public, including volunteers, service recipients and CCEW staff members.

- Greet visitors, assuring that every individual entering the building is offered assistance or appropriate direction.

- Answer phones, transfer calls, take messages, review phone messages during agency closures and return phone calls.

- Participate in trainings and utilize skills learned in de-escalation, first aid response, housing processes, and other job-related trainings and duties.

- Maintain the CCFSCdatabase including creating passes and updating the database; activate and deactivate key fobs, issue keys for employees, Board members and volunteers as appropriate.

- Responsible for daily opening/closing office procedures.

- Compile program statistical information as necessary.

- Maintain the CCFSCconference room calendar, schedule meetings, and manage the check in/out of projector and any/all other resources available to CCEW staff.

- Assist with the maintenance of phone directory and generate mailing label sets from various software programs and spreadsheets.

- Oversee the efficient, professional functioning of the CCFSC entrance area.

- Provide administrative support to other staff and programs in the building may include copying, mailing, typing, sending e-mails and other correspondence, and any other projects approved by the PSM Director.

- Assist in coordinating and organizing staff events for Catholic Charities.

- Receive and manage donations, calling CCEW programs and community partners for pickup of donations as necessary.

- Use appropriate administrative, fiscal, physical, and technical safeguards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of CCEW client protected health information (PHI), per regulations outlined in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).

- Will regularly utilize all forms of communication (email, text, phone, etc.) and database practices necessary for this position and as directed by supervisor.

- As a mandated reporter, follow all procedures outlined in agency policies and procedures to report to the proper agency when there is suspicion and/or confirmation that a child or adult has been a victim of abuse or neglect.

- Adhere to the tenets of Catholic Social Teaching and Catholic Doctrine.

- Perform as a team member to assure that productivity outcome measures are achieved.

- Perform related functions necessary to support the mission and core values of Catholic Charities.

***Education/Experience:*** to perform this job successfully, an individual must have a High School Diploma or a General Education Degree. Two years of experience in a fast-paced, client facing position along with general office experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous work experience in customer service and/or for a non-profit preferred. ***Certificates/Licenses:*** To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a valid Drivers License and ability to drive for work use.
