Receptionist Sales Position

We are looking for a receptionist, who is confident, creditable, proactive, yet tactful to help with clients in our chiropractic and weight loss clinic.

The role is a combination of receptionist and light technician for non-invasive body contouring treatments. You will be trained to assist patients with scheduling appointments and body contouring sessions.

• Quality candidates will have:

-Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, Google Drive)
- Warm, outgoing, friendly voice and personality
- Organizational skills and the ability to switch tasks quickly
- Initiative and problem-solving skills
- Must be a self-starter and highly motivated

-knowledge of social media marketing

Preferred but not limited to the following industry experience:

Health & Wellness, Weight Loss, Med Spa, PR and marketing, Fitness or related industries
