PURPOSE: This position is responsible for working event booths converting event inquiries into sales appointments.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help set up, organize & tear down booth displays at events scheduled by Event Manager.
• Work event booths scheduling in-home appointments for project consultants.

• Provide information to potential customers regarding products that we carry.
• Maintain event environment, including stocking of literature, supplies and samples; clean displays.
• Attend team meetings as required.
• Provide feedback of event results to the Events Manager.
• Available to work weekends on-site at events providing a very flexible work schedule.
• Evaluate the success of current and past event participation and recommend a course of action for future participation.
• Provide timely tracking and entering of marketing data into CRM system.
• Assist Event Manger as required.

Hours

This will be a part time position with full time earning potential. The events scheduled will ultimately dictate the terms of your work schedule and can be adjusted accordingly. We will accommodate your school/ work schedules with advance notice. The Event Manager will work directly with you to provide a monthly schedule that is mutually beneficial for you both based on number of events we are participating in and your availability for that month.
