IT / Programmer

Family established business since 1948. We have been on the CE Pro Top 100 dealers for the past 7 years.

We are is seeking to add a Fulltime IT / Programmer to our staff with a minimum of 2 year experience. The position is a in field position with travel from site to site. The candidate should be well versed in Wired and Wireless Network Infrastructure and be willing to learn Audio Video systems. This organized individual must be motivated and self-driven and have the willingness to improve themselves and the company. The candidate must have excellent leadership and communication skills dealing directly with clients, project managers, and general contractors.

Desired skills and experience acceptable candidates MUST possess the following qualifications:

· Have a strong background in Networking

· Knowledge of Computers

· The candidate must have 2 year of experience working hands on in residential and commercial environments

· Ability to troubleshoot existing systems

· Willingness to learn setup and programing of Audio Video System, Lighting Systems, Camera Systems, Audio Video Conferencing, Access Control, and Automation Systems. Company will send the candidate to training classes for Control4, URC, Lutron, and other classes when available

· Ability to document project information

· Organized and neat work habits

· Be responsible of managing and maintaining a vehicle

· Communicate clearly with clients and end users

· Have an open line of communication with colleagues and management

· Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a safe driving record, own transportation, and tools
