We need caregivers to care for our VA veterans. The caregiver/home health aide is a member of the health care team who performs household tasks and provides supervision and activities that allows the client to remain in the home.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and related services in the home, under the direction, instruction, and supervision of the Services Supervisor.
• Executes the plan of care, which has been developed by a registered nurse.
• Observing the client's activities and reporting these to the supervisor of patient care.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9 – 12 per week
