ALL TEX is hiring Shipping & Receiving Clerk to handles all outbound and inbound orders for a manufacturing shop. This position is responsible for reviewing shipping orders on tablet/computer, to verify precise documentation, stage orders, shrink-wrapping, and build order pallets.

• Ability to safely operate forklift removing finished goods from manufacturing line in tight shop settings.
• Accurately select flooring product orders, palletize, and shrink-wrap each order, ensuring secure handling of the heavy material.
• Scan all pallets produced into the ERP system using hand scanner.
• Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents, gather, and maintain all data related to shipping activities.
• Collect all documentation for outboard freight and route to the proper record-keeping unit.
• Schedule inbound and outbound freight to comply with operations.
• Assure that tracking information for sent packages is retrievable.
• Assure that shipping order is ready and accounted for delivery time.
• Secure all product when loading to prevent damage in transit.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work environment.
• Immediately report all defect conditions to the production supervisor.
• Perform Housekeeping in area as assigned and responsible for upkeep of the area at all times.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by providing quality service of loading and unloading product.
• Ability to follow company safety policies and use safety devices as required

• 3 years of Previous Forklift Experience
• Manufacturing / Fabrication shop experience
• Ability to count and track product.
• Clean shaven
• Ability to keep work in a hot manufacturing environment
• Ability to maintain a 0-accident driving record with forklift trucks.
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
• Ability to pass respiratory physical and use a Half face respirator throughout shift.
• Ability to use a measuring tape and pass basic math test.
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and be flexible to work OT and weekends on an on-needed basis.
