**Job Title: Service Technician Helper**

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Service Technician Assistant. This is an entry-level position with no experience needed, thus offering an excellent opportunity to start a career in the maintenance and repair industry. 

**Position Details:**
- **Hourly Rate:** $14 per hour
- **Hours:** 7 to 10 hours per day, 5 days a week
- **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, no weekends
- **Availability:** Ready to hire immediately

**Responsibilities:**- Assist the current technician with daily tasks, including septic system maintenance and repair.
- Clean drain lines using an electric eel.
- Repair or Replace sump pumps and aerator motors.
- Perform other support duties as needed to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

**Requirements:**
- Ability to ride along with the technician and assist with various tasks.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Physical ability to handle manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
- Punctuality and reliability, and have good communication skills with homeowners.
