NEMT Driver
Openings for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Drivers to transport ambulatory and wheelchair clients to and from various medical appointments in Saginaw and Bay Counties
Must pass a criminal background check, drug and alcohol screenings, and have a suitable driving record.
Must be 25 years of age or older.
Must have Chauffeur license from State of Michigan.
Ability to operate a GPS, smartphone, mobile tablet, and trip management application.
Transport ambulatory passengers as well as clients that use manual and/or powered wheelchairs.
Ability to follow instructions with minimum supervision.
Individuals with good character and excellent customer service skills able to deal with a variety of personalities.
Ability to perform pre/post vehicle inspections.
Ability to aid passenger in/out vehicle as necessary.
Excellent attendance record.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Educations Requirements: High school or equivalent.
CPR and First Aid Certificate required within 30 days of hire date.
