Required ExperienceEducation: Some college preferred
Experience: 1 years marketing, advertising, or social media content for business
- Proficient knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy
- Proven experience creating content on different social media platforms-Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
Essential Functions
- Researching and defining desired target audiences.
- Managing the content creation and publishing process for the various social media platforms, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Manage social media calendars, scheduling posts, and coordinating content releases to maintain a consistent posting frequency.
- Monitoring consumer and content metrics.
- Establishing voice, tone, and style guidelines for all brand content.
- Promoting content on social media and monitoring engagements such as comments, likes & shares.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal required. Writes clearly and informatively
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Excellent people skills necessary to provide exceptional customer service
- Must be able to multi-task, and demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
WORK ENVIRONMENT This position will mainly be performed in an office environment with some work being performed in a manufacturing setting.
