The Warranty Service Coordinator performs a wide variety of duties to ensure that exemplary service is provided to our customers. The Warranty Service Coordinator must maintain professionalism, communication, efficiency, and always provide great customer service. This position will be responsible for daily interactions with employees and customers and must engage in a manner that represents all of our company values.
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm; Occasional overtime may be required.
Required QualificationsEducation: High School diploma or equivalent

WORK ENVIRONMENTThis job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

Experience
- 0 – 1 years previous manufacturing experience (Window/Door manufacturing preferred)
- Effectively communicate in English (written and verbal)
- Previous customer service or client relations experience
Essential Functions
- Act as a liaison between customers, field technicians, and company
- Maintain and update service tickets and reports
- Comprehend service techs’ notes and verbal feedback from technicians, and order parts/equipment needed to complete a service request or warranty issue
- Adhere to established company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Create applicable reports and present data in weekly meetings
- Assist Service Supervisor in planning service appointments to ensure service issues are resolved in a timely manner
- In Service Supervisors’ absence, may need to assist in assigning service jobs to appropriate service technician, according to product knowledge and experience
- Assist Service Supervisor with customer calls and coordinating jobs into the service application system
- Adhere to company values, policies and procedures
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills necessary to facilitate difficult situations
- Strong time management and the ability to respond promptly to customer needs
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer literacy with ability to learn new computer software programs
- Maintains professional, friendly demeanor, while providing exceptional customer service
- Exhibits strong organizational skills
- Capable of conducting independent research
