Who We Are Looking For
Supports Coordinator (LLBSW, LBSW) who are ready to help others for immediate hire! New graduates are encouraged to apply. We have positions available in Detroit, Westland, and Clinton Township.
What You Will Be Doing
The Supports Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all service needs of a person receiving services are met by linking, coordinating, monitoring, advocating, negotiating and referral services through the provision of supports coordination services.
Minimum Job Requirements
· Must possess a bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field including but not limited to Social Work, Counseling and Psychology
· At least seven (7) months of experience working in the field of intellectual developmental disabilities.
· Must meet the requirements for Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) within 60 days of hire.
· Valid driver’s license
Salary Range: $37,000to$45,000 based on experience and credentials.
