Deine Aufgaben
  • Du betreust ein bestehendes Kundenportfolio
  • Du stärkst die Zusammenarbeit, steigerst die Service-Exzellenz und qualifizierst zusätzliche Verpackungslösungen (Up-/Cross-Selling)
  • Des Weiteren gewinnst und baust Du neue Kunden und Marktsegmente in Europa aus dieser Branche auf
  • Die Befähigung Deiner Mitarbeiter (Kundenzufriedenheit, Verbesserung der Lieferkette, kontinuierliche Qualitätsverbesserung) ist Teil Deiner täglichen Arbeit
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die kurz- und langfristige Rentabilität, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und das erfolgreiche Wachstum Deines Unternehmens
  • Du sorgst für eine starke Pipeline von Vertriebsideen und -projekten und verwaltest diese
  • Weiter nutzt Du geeignete Instrumente zur Überwachung der Vertriebsleistung und der Effektivität Deiner Kunden und steuerst Aktivitäten zur Erschließung neuer Märkte und Kunden
Dein Profil
  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung als B2B Sales/ Account Manager, Business Developer oder Category Buyer für (technische) Produkte und Dienstleistungen
  • Erfahrungen in der Verpackungs- und/oder Druckbranche sind von großem Vorteil
  • Dein Englisch ist fließend, Deutsch/Französisch oder andere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Du beschreibst Dich selbst als Vertriebspersönlichkeit mit starkem Verhandlungsgeschick, fragen-hören-handeln-Mentalität, hoher intrinsischer Motivation und Kundenzentrierung
  • Außerdem hast Du eine hohe Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 50%.
  • Das Wissen, wie Du sowohl KPI/BI-Informationen als auch CRM-Tools in Deinem Verkaufsprozess nutzen kannst, rundet Dein Profil ab
