We are looking for a full-time Data Entry clerk for a busy Metal Finishing service company in Whittier, Ca. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will work in a professional and friendly environment, processing and entering data, uploading documents.

Duties:

- Perform data entry tasks, including order entry
- Generates certificates of conformances and packing slips
- Attention to detail is required to ensure the proper closure of completed orders
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications:
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively collect and manage data
- Detail-oriented with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Note: Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles as well as metal finishing is required. Training will be provided for the right candidate as needed to compliment demonstrated skills.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
