Education Benefits Advisor - Remote

Summary:

The Education Benefits Advisor guides prospective students in exploring their education benefits and options through the AllCampus network of learning providers and university partners. This role is essential to the AllCampus mission of making education more affordable and accessible. You will assist working adult learners in comparing universities, programs, and degree or certificate options that align with their career goals. Your mission is to help them make informed decisions about their education journey. As an AllCampus ambassador, you will deliver top-tier education experiences tailored to their career aspirations and collaborate with corporate clients to maximize their employees' educational benefits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Guide corporate employees to maximize their education benefits and further their career goals.
  • Engage daily with new leads, respond to inbound connections, and creatively source leads from our database.
  • Build relationships by understanding each employee's work, educational background, and goals to guide them effectively.
  • Conduct consultative conversations and provide continuous support throughout the application and enrollment process.
  • Schedule interviews with enrollment advisors for programs of interest.
  • Manage your pipeline and data in HubSpot CRM, ensuring prospective students receive the necessary support.
  • Strive to achieve or exceed ambitious goals and connect with all potential students about their education objectives.
  • Communicate via phone, email, chat, or text following our contact strategy and engagement model.
  • Improve skills through call coaching, training, and collaboration with team members.
  • Ensure prospective students have a positive experience and enroll in programs that meet their needs.
  • Effectively collaborate with university partners, learning providers, and the AllCampus leadership team to achieve shared goals.

Education and Experience (an equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered):

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both on the phone and via email or text.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the higher education industry and degree seeking and non-degree seeking programs.
  • Experience in admissions, education advising or consultative sales.
  • Metrics and performance-driven mindset.
  • Ability to successfully manage a pipeline of prospective students using a CRM, maintaining a clean database and effective follow up practices.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and efficiently manage tasks in a remote work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in sales, preferably in online admissions or inside sales.
  • Proven success in consultative sales and lead management.
  • Higher education work experience is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $72,000. There is potential for additional bonus compensation.
