Senior/Associate Director of Enrollment Training - Remote

SUMMARY:

The Senior/Associate Director of Enrollment Training plays a pivotal role in driving the excellence of our enrollment department by overseeing the comprehensive training and development of enrollment advisors. With a keen focus on sales training, this role is dedicated to equipping our team with the skills and knowledge essential for exceeding recruitment targets and fostering continuous growth. Through strategic planning and execution of dynamic training programs, the incumbent ensures that our advisors are empowered with cutting-edge sales methodologies and techniques, enabling them to effectively engage with prospects and drive enrollment success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Orchestrate Onboarding:

  • Manages the entire onboarding process for new hires in the enrollment department.
  • Conducts reboarding sessions to refresh and update employee skills and knowledge when switching partnerships. 
  • Designs and implements a comprehensive training regimen for newly onboarded enrollment advisors, including structured check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days.
  • Oversees the enrollment team mentorship program to foster professional growth and development.

Provide Comprehensive Training and Support:

  • Analyzes data sets to derive insights and trends, conducts regular phone observations, and utilizes Key Performance Indicators to develop and enhance departmental training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while fostering continuous improvement within the department.
  • Spearheads change management initiatives; including the planning and execution of technology rollouts, ensuring seamless transitions and successful adoption by stakeholders.
  • Maintains an up-to-date training repository, ensuring accuracy and relevance of program information.
  • Offers guidance and leadership to exceed team and departmental performance objectives.
  • Develops and executes regular sales training initiatives across the department to enhance sales effectiveness.

Ensure Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Conducts regular phone observations, including scoring of interviews, to assess performance and provide feedback.
  • Upholds quality assurance standards and compliance requirements within the department.
  • Performs regular audits of systems, including CRM utilization, to maintain data integrity and operational efficiency.

Collaboration and Partnership:

  • Collaborates closely with the Senior Associate Director of Training and Launch Support, acting as a strategic partner in achieving organizational objectives.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Undertakes other duties as assigned.
  • May involve occasional travel to partner sites.

SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS:

  • This position has supervisory responsibilities over an assigned team of Senior Enrollment Advisors (Trainers and Mentors), in conjunction with the Associate Director of Enrollment Management.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE an equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required; a Master’s Degree is highly desirable.
  • Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment or enrollment advising, with at least 5 years of demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience within a team setting.
  • Bring to the role at least 3 years of proven experience in a training capacity.
  • Proficient in sales strategy with a track record of developing and implementing regular sales training programs.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000.
