Job Summary:
We are growing and urgently seeking caring and dedicated Adult Care Aides to fill several openings. In this role, you will provide supportive tasks to residents in an Adult Care Facility for activities of daily living. The ideal candidate will assist with light housekeeping, meal, medication, and appointment reminders, monitor environment for safety, and assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Duties:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with serving meals while adhering to Department of Health regulations
- Monitor safety and report any changes in residents' health status
- Implement behavior management techniques to address challenging behaviors
- Complete and submit documentation of all tasks and duties each scheduled shift

Qualifications:
- Experience in caregiving or home care setting
- NYS Department of Health Certification as Personal Care Aide required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families and healthcare team
- Ability to self-start and follow resident care plans required
- Strong ability to work as part of a team required

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
