Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Certified Personal Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential daily care and support to clients in need of assistance within their homes.

Duties:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients in their home
- Assist with meal planning and preparation as needed
- Timely submit documentation of duties and tasks each scheduled visit
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior

Requirements:
- Reliable, personal auto is required
- NYS Department of Health Certification as Personal care Aide (PCA)
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, families, and management
- Completion of all Department of Health in-services & trainings
- Must pass all criminal background checks and medical screenings
