RN Regional Manager-Primary Care

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Nurse Manager

Location: Juneau, AK

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

Start date: Immediately.

SEARHC Healthcare is in need of a permanent RN Regional Manager in their primary care services department.

Responsibilities:

Provide daily leadership and mentoring to the nursing and clinical staff

Act as an overall clinic leader to improve Primary Care Services

Orient personnel concerning all new policies and procedures

Address employe relations issues timely

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing

Current unrestricted Registered Nursing License in AK (will accept pending licensure)

5 years of varied clinical nurse experience including 1 year in ambulatory care environment, 2 years of supervisory/managerial experience preferably in healthcare related field
