Company Overview: Our client is an innovative early-stage startup dedicated to revolutionizing the online healthcare marketplace industry.

Role Description: Our client is looking for an experienced SDET to lay the groundwork for automated testing on our web platform and pricing protocol. Having just completed a major rebuild, they need a robust internal testing suite to prevent regressions and enable rapid deployment of new features. Success in this role involves bootstrapping 0→1 test frameworks, leading QA efforts around new product and feature launches, and making informed decisions about the tradeoffs between manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts for our web platform and pricing protocol.
• Lead QA efforts for new product and feature launches, ensuring high quality and reliability.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test plans to identify defects and ensure coverage.
• Balance the use of manual and automated testing, discerning tradeoffs to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with the development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Proven experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools
• In-depth knowledge of web technologies
