Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Salary: $80,000 - $140,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

They specialize in a wide range of commercial construction projects, with a particular focus on multifamily buildings and resorts. Their dedication to quality, innovation, and client satisfaction has made them a trusted name in the industry.

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to join their team in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial construction projects, specifically multifamily buildings and resorts. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and supervise project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all construction work meets or exceeds quality standards and complies with all relevant regulations and codes.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to the budget and providing regular financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Timeline Management: Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and any delays are promptly addressed.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, specifically with multifamily buildings and resorts.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in project management software (such as Procore, MS Project, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).
  • Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations, with a focus on multifamily and resort projects.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
