💸 Salary: $90,000 - $150,000

📋 What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage projects
• Oversee design development
• Provide technical expertise
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets
• Conduct site inspections and document conditions
• Communicate with clients and contractors
• Keep organized project records
• Stay updated with industry trends
• Represent the company at events

🎓 What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
• 5 years in residential construction
• OSHA - 10 Certification (preferred)
• Valid US Driver’s License

🛠 Skills:

• Strong project management, organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of building codes and standards
• Ability to work independently and in a team with a level of professional communication
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, BricsCAD, Revit
• Ability to travel and work outdoors
