Job Title: Account Executive
Position Summary: The Home Health Account Executive is responsible for executing the sales strategy to increase account development and educate the medical community on services provided by the company.

Essential Functions Statement:
● Build sales relationships through daily interactions with physicians and discharge planners at the hospital to ensure referral/admissions
● Maintain consistency with market analysis, reflecting referral source targets
● Maintain sales territory to meet census goals and be comfortable with sales techniques such as cold calling and contact planning.
● Public speaking, giving presentations to organizations, businesses, and healthcare professionals (MDs, RNs, Hospital Executives)
● Daily visits to physician offices/hospitals/assisted livings facilities and SNFs to educate and inform referral sources and patients of home health options

Skills and Abilities:
● Documented sales success; Candidates should have verifiable sales success/awards from previous positions
● General Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite
● Experience with formal sales training preferred
● Cold calling as well for business generation
● Must be a highly ethical, self-motivated team player
Education and Experience:
● High School Diploma or GED required
● One to two years of experience with marketing in the healthcare industry
● Documented sales success; candidates should have verifiable sales success/awards from previous positions
