Customer Service / Administrator Role (E-COMMERCE EXPERIENCE)- SHELBY, NCSalary range is $45K-$60K. Full-time position with paid vacation but no health insurance.

Ability to work remotely but must be in North Carolina. The first 6 months will be onsite to learn the products and procedures.

Job Overview : We are an established online retailer and wholesaler, seeking a highly motivated and experienced person to join our team.

The position is a hybrid customer service / administrator role. Must have business sense, dispute resolution, excellent verbal and written communication, organization skills, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 8 years of experience in high-end product lines and a customer-oriented approach.

Training will be provided in preparing certain documentation for imported products. Must have e-commerce experience. Customer Service Responsibilities : Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues such as timing of shipping and customizationRespond to customer inquiries regarding the status of the order, tracking shipments, and shipping costs.

Respond to and handle damage claims including provision of any replacement parts to customersHandle delivery issues between customers and third party truck driversMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback Admin / HR work : Prepare and submit product damage claims to Fed Ex and third party LTL carriersPrepare Lacey Act forms for imported productsCoordinate with third party payroll company rehiring / firing / salary increases, obtain onboarding documents for new employees, supervise changes in billing and pay ratesCoordinate with insurance companies regarding : obtaining certificates of insurance and other forms as may be required by vendors, schedule inspections, complete online audits Required Skills : 3 Years of experience working in an E-COMMERCE environment.

Proven experience in customer service,Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processesComputer-savvy;

including Excel, Word, Google docsOutstanding organizational and coordination abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in cost control measuresCollege degree preferredProficiency in English, written and oralExperience with logisticsAbility to handle difficult customers or situations with professionalism and empathy
