Manufacturing Machine Operators - 3rd shift Available

**Job Summary:**
We are currently seeking Manufacturing Machine Operators to manage the finishing and packing line operations efficiently. This role is essential to ensuring that production schedules are met and that our products maintain the highest quality standards.
**Shifts Available:**
- 3rd Shift
- *Note: All shifts will initially train on 12-hour schedules until July, after which they will transition to 8-hour shifts.*

**Compensation:**
- Starting pay: $18.00 per hour.
- Shift differential: Additional $0.60 per hour while on 12-hour shifts.
- After transitioning to 8-hour shifts: $1.50 per hour additional for 3rd shift.

**Responsibilities:**- Operate and monitor finishing and packing line machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Execute production schedules accurately to meet internal timelines and product specifications.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and make adjustments as necessary to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Ensure part conformity with project specifications through precise measurement and quality control practices.
- Address any operational issues promptly and adjust machine settings to correct problems.
- Implement and adhere to safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
**Qualifications:**- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of MACHINE OPERATOR experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably within the plastic industry.
- Strong proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with measurement instruments and the ability to accurately measure and calibrate machinery.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be able to read a tape measure
