Job Title: Warehouse Production Associate
- Utilize hand sanders, hand tools, tape measures, and hand drills with saws as directed.
- Assist in the manufacturing process, including tandem lifting of 70 lb. columns.
- Follow safety protocols and wear provided PPE including safety glasses, gloves, masks, and hardhat.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
- Handle fiberglass materials with care to avoid skin reactions, ensuring proper attire and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Adhere to company policies regarding dress code (shorts permitted but not more than 4 inches above the knee, no jewelry, no holes in clothes or shoes, no tank tops, no long nails).
- Experience with small tools, measuring devices, and sanding equipment preferred.
- Ability to take direction and adapt to new processes in a light industrial environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
- Available to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with potential for overtime on short notice.
- Steel toe shoes required.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work the full shift.
- Hourly Rate: $16.00/hour
- Bottled water provided throughout the shift for hydration.
- Immediate need for qualified candidates.
