Pay Rate: 18.55- $20.00/hr.
Schedule
  • Flexible hours
  • 12-10-8-6-5-4 hours shift
  • Day shift/Night Shift
  • Monday to Friday availability
  • Weekend availability

  • NEEDS TO PROVIDE FLEXIBLE HOURS
Care DeliveryTo provide the highest quality of care to Accord Care clients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure clients' needs are met in relation to safety, well-being and satisfaction.
  • Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.
  • Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication.
  • Help with general light housekeeping.

Requirements Include
  • PCA or HHA Certification (Required)
  • Must provide full time hours (Includes some weekends, and holidays)
  • Must be comfortable with driving to all areas of Suffolk County
  • Must have an understanding of the English Language (Reading, Writing, and Communication)
