Allegiant Property Management, LLC is Hiring an Apartment Manager Near Abbotsford, WI
Apartment Manager position for properties in Abbotsford. Duties include HUD Section 8 certifications, showing and leasing apartments, lease compliance and overall supervision of the buildings. Position is responsible for working with maintenance to ensure that work orders and tenant turnovers are complete. Person should be self-motivated, have a positive attitude and an ability to work with individuals with varying personalities. Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience working in subsidized housing rentals and a familiarity with Fair Housing regulations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
