RN NOC ShiftAre you looking to join a big-hearted organization as a NOC Full-Time Register Nursing (RN)?
  • $4.000.00 sign on BONUS***
Come join our vibrant team at Desert Springs Advance Care in Mesa, AZ.
  • Schedule: Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM**
Shift Differential of $1.00 increase weekday nights in hourly wage starting at 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, AND $2.00 increase weekend Nights in hourly wage starting at 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM.Some Of The Main Responsibilities
  • Document resident status as per policy.
  • Provide daily supervision to assigned staff and directly provide nursing care to residents as assigned.
  • Participate in the admission of new residents.
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent lifestyle of residents.
  • Respond to residents call system promptly and courteously.
  • Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and reassessment of each resident.
  • Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning facility conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
  • Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
  • Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assist in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
Qualifications
  • Positive Leader Mentality and Attitude
  • CPR and First Aid or ability to obtain (Required)
  • RN License (Required)
  • AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain (Required)
  • TB skin test or QuantiFERON results in the last year.
