Allegient Defense is a leader in advanced technology research and solutions development, and we are growing quickly. We are looking to hire a Sr. Management Analyst - Front Office Executive Assistance for a DoD client.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the front office support team.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective support to senior executives.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize front office functions.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with CISA’s goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support program delivery and execution.
  • Monitor program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and communication for senior executives.
  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for high-level meetings.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for front office inquiries and requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Represent the front office in meetings and on task forces as needed.
  • Oversee the allocation and utilization of front office resources, including personnel, budget, and technology.
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and DHS policies.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor front office staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Promote professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of federal regulations and DHS policies.
  • ·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

Education Requirement: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred 
  • The Program Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless functioning of front office activities, coordinating various initiatives, and supporting the agency's mission to safeguard the nation's critical infrastructure.

Experience Requirements: 

  • The Program Manager must have at least ten (10) years of demonstrated experience managing projects on a full-time basis. 
  • The Program Manager shall possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, in good standing, at time of contract award.
  •  Clearance Type Required: Must be able to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability and Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
