**What You Will Do:**

Serve as a security point of contact to aid secure design in software and product development teams.

Maintain security requirements that guide product development toward the achievement of applicable security standards and certifications.

Participate in solution assessments across the solution lifecycle: concept, design, pre-deployment, post-deployment, end of life.

Perform penetration testing and ethical hacking on Allegion products.

Contribute to driving security and privacy into our development process and the execution of security operations inclusive of threat modeling, monitoring and incident response.

Understand and analyze emerging security threats, determining applicability to Allegion products and proactively work mitigations.

Participate in technology and security architecture reviews and serve as a trusted advisor to global software and product development teams on architecture and control design.

Drive security initiatives by example using knowledge and compassionate communication to educate and train partner teams on security topics..

Approximately 20% travel may be expected.

**What You Need to Succeed:**

Excellent interpersonal skills required to influence and partner with all levels across the enterprise on matters of product development, software development and cloud deployment/operations including risk mitigations.

High degree of learning agility required to quickly gain visibility across Allegions global software and product portfolio.

Highly technical practitioner with working knowledge of delivering secure products and services globally using modern technologies.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent education/experience required. Related industry certifications are preferred.

Prefer 4 years experience in relevant field.

Preferred candidates will have experience delivering results successfully in a diverse, global, and fast-paced environment.
