The primary responsibility of the Lead Care Staff is to assume basic responsibilities of the Resident Services Director (RSD) and Assistant Resident Services Director (ARSD) in their absence. This includes assuring high-quality level of service to our residents. In this role, the Lead Care Staff person would assume such responsibilities as overall guidance and supervision of Care Staff to include such tasks as scheduling, handling call-offs, documentation compliance, coordination with outside medical personnel, checking flow sheets, and other related duties.
