About the role
As our Production Operations Manager, you will be more than just a manager. You will be a leader and a mentor. You will be at the heart of our Production Unit in Kennewick, WA, leading a team of 3 department managers, overseeing 80 dedicated professionals in producing high precision titanium tube products for demanding markets like Aerospace and Medical. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our production process, ensuring it aligns with our business plan, and driving our commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

• Safety first! Ensuring your department meets the required safety and environmental standards and that employees receive the necessary EHS training.
• Provide positive leadership/direction/support/coaching to the Production personnel to achieve safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
• Coaching and enabling your team of flow managers to oversee production operations, including production scheduling, safety, staffing, reporting, procedure adherence, consistency, and quality.
• Collaborating with the Technical Engineering team to design, develop, and implement programs and procedures to optimize production and continually improve manufacturing processes.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive operational plans, strategies, and goals to optimize production processes and achieve targets.
• Ensuring timely availability of raw materials and tools necessary for production.

About You:
We are looking for an engaging and motivating leader with a passion for excellence and a knack for problem-solving. We believe you have good business acumen and understand how this can influence our production unit in a positive way.
We wish you to have a proven track record of 3-5 years leading managers. Ideally, you have spent 5 years in the manufacturing field. Your leadership skills should be complemented by your ability to communicate effectively, consult strategically, coach efficiently, and influence positively. Your critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making and collaboration skills be key to your success in this role.
What We Offer you:

• Salary range: $108,000 to $162,000 annually with a 15% annual bonus opportunity and annual merit increase eligibility.
