Allen & Allen is seeking an experienced Pre-litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant for our Fredericksburg office to manage client case files. This includes providing excellent service and organizational skills to ensure our clients are receiving the best outcome for their case. Preferred background includes:

• 2 years Personal Injury plaintiff experience
• Experience in conducting Intake interviews with new clients
• Experience with liens, including liens associated with ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, and workers compensation
• Experience with complex, high volume cases
• Experience with case management system
