Purpose of the Role:
Drive growth in sales and profitability for Allen Associates’ concession line in the Buffalo, Rochester, and Syracuse markets. You'll serve industries like convenience stores, family entertainment, school districts, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Organize and execute effective direct marketing and sales strategies to build a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Engage with prospects to uncover needs and deliver consultative, value-driven solutions.
- Professionally present and negotiate Allen Associates' programs to maximize sales and margins.
- Confidently cold-call and conduct B2B presentations.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strategic, win-win relationships with customers.
- Foster loyalty by providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities to address customers' needs.
- Proactively increase sales with existing clients by anticipating their future requirements.
3. Time and Territory Management:
- Take ownership of your territory, ensuring efficient planning and organization.
- Share updates with management through regular activity reports, work plans, and territory analyses.
What You Bring:
Requirements:
- Reside in the Buffalo, Rochester, or Syracuse area.
- 2 years of sales experience preferred (college degree a plus).
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Proven success in B2B sales and cold calling.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools like White Cup.
- A history of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently from a home office.
