RESIDENCE HALL DIRECTOR
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Assistant Track-Cross Country Coach responsibilities includes standard
coaching and recruiting duties under the supervision of the head coaches. The
position also includes live-in responsibilities as a Residence Hall Director.

QUALIFICATIONS: Collegiate coaching and/or participation as a college level athlete preferred.
Experience working in residence life preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Valid
driver’s license required. Successful completion of background check required.
LOCATION: Iola, Kansas Campus
SALARY: $21,000 for 10 month position (August 1-May 31) plus room and 19 meal plan for
housing responsibilities. Excellent benefit package available including paid single
medical and dental insurance, KPERS, and tuition benefits for employee and
immediate family members.
STARTING DATE: August 1, 2024
